Alain Bugat and Dominique Vignon, new strategic advisors

Alain Bugat was president and CEO of the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) from 2003 to 2009. He began his career as a research engineer and has succesively held different executive positions in the Ministry of Industry, a software firm and then the CEA. From 1999 to 2003, he was president and CEO of Technicatome, a French engineering company dedicated to the design and construction of nuclear propulsion reactors and research facilities.

With regards to Dominique Vignon, he has dedicated his career to the planning, design and construction of nuclear power plants. He led the unit in charge of the basic design of the French nuclear field. Later on, he was technical director of the French-German team that designed the European Pressurised Reactor (EPR). He has also held technical and management positions in various international projects (South Africa, Korea and China). However, he is most well known for his work (over six years) as president and CEO of Framatome (now merged with Areva).

The advise of these renown experts is expected to result in greater business development for Grupo Dominguis in France and other countries of influence, along with higher level of specialisation in the services offered to its clients.
