Oihana Mendizabal Aguete

Director of Digital Transformation and Business 4.0

Oihana holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnun, the School of Engineering of San Sebastián, University of Navarra.

Her passion for industrial organization led her to work as a consultant during the early years of her professional career, implementing and leading industrial process improvement projects in companies such as EROSKI S.Coop. and FAGOR Arrasate S.Coop.

In 2014, Oihana joined the NEM Solutions team, a technology-based company focused on predictive maintenance solutions for the railway and renewable energy sectors, where she led various international projects.

Since 2025, Oihana has been the Director of the Digital Transformation and Business 4.0.

 

Julián Mendoza García

Quality , Safety and CSR Director (QHSE/CSR)

An Industrial Engineer specialising in Electricity from the UPC, an Environmental Manager accredited by the European Organisation for Quality (EOQ) scheme with an MBA from the Valencia Catholic University. He began his working life as a Process Engineer before occupying the position of Director of Quality, Environment and H&S in companies from different sectors.

In 2008, he joined GD Energy Services (GDES) as Integrated Management System (QHSE) Director, and currently occupies the position of Quality , Safety and CSR Director (QHSE/CSR) .

María José Mira Veintimilla

Director of Strategic Projects

María José Mira Veintimilla holds a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia, along with a Master’s degree in Business Management and Taxation. She served as the regional secretary of Economy at the Ministry of Finance for the Valencian Government from 2015 to 2023. During her tenure, she played a key role in promoting the transformation of the Valencian economic model, optimizing financial resources for the community, managing GVA assets, and coordinating the public business sector.

She has also served as the president of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders of Espacios Económicos Empresariales S.L., a public company responsible for developing the Parc Sagunt I and Parc Sagunt II Business Parks, where the PowerCo electric battery gigafactory, part of the Volkswagen Group, is being implemented.

Currently, María José holds the position of Director of Strategic Projects at GDES.

Adoración Arnaldos Gonzálvez

Director of Innovation and Technology

Adoración Arnaldos Gonzálvez is an Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain, specialized in Energy. She also holds the qualification of University Specialist in Environment and Nuclear Safety by the Polytechnic University of Valencia and a postgraduate course in Executive Business Management by the Valencian Chamber of Commerce.

Adoración has been working all her career, more than 20 years, for the energy sector, particularly developing new technologies and innovation projects, for both the public sector (university departments and institutes) and private companies.

She has participated in the foundation and launching of 2 technology-based companies, Titania (with the Polytechnic University of Valencia), where she was the Technical Manager and GDES T4S (with the Spanish utility Iberdrola), where she held the position of Managing Director. From 2020, she is the Innovation and Technology Director of GDES Group.
