Coinciding with the end of the work on the Agora building, GDES has been awarded the contract for the renovation and coating of the reinforced white concrete of the exterior envelope of the Museu de les Ciències, also located in the iconic City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia.

Among the tasks to be performed are the cleaning of the façade with high-pressure water and repair of coatings, reinforcements, cracks or poorly adhered areas in the reinforced concrete.

The Museu de les Ciències celebrated its 21st anniversary last November and has received more than twelve million visitors since its opening. It is also the most visited venue in Valencia in the last decade. The renovation work will last nine months and will not interfere with ongoing activities at the museum.
