The 6th Group Meeting of Grupo Dominguis Energy Services was held in Denia from 30 May to 1 June and was attended by managers and representatives from the different countries in which the Group operates, from all our business units and corporate services. This annual meeting returned after almost four years of enforced absence because of the pandemic.

The GDES Group Meeting brings together senior management to jointly review the strategies of each of our divisions, the most important projects, key points, and objectives to be achieved. It was an excellent opportunity to re-establish contact, to foster a spirit of collaboration and to strengthen ties between the different geographic areas and departments.

This year’s meeting kicked off with the presentation of the Group’s new Purpose:

“As a family business we want to bequeath to future generations a better planet – environmentally, socially and economically. Contributing to decarbonisation, energy efficiency, process optimisation and the circular economy through engineering, digitalisation, talent and innovation in the provision of services to industry”. 

With this in mind, all the divisions of the Group outlined their strategic reviews with the aim of consolidating GDES as a sustainable, energetic, innovative, excellent and people-oriented company. 

 The 2023 Group Meeting explored the strategic map of all the business units in the 9 countries where GDES is present and the countries it plans to expand to in the future. The action plans, the necessary resources (human, material and economic) and the outlook for each unit were analysed.
