Rubén Gil is an industrial engineer with a master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Integrated Management Systems. He brings extensive professional experience in the wind energy sector, having led teams and O&M operations at an international level. He has managed specialized departments focused on wind turbine blade maintenance and repair, with responsibilities spanning operational optimization and the end‑to‑end management of wind energy services.

Rubén is joining the team in Culleredo, A Coruña (Spain), as the new Director of GDES Wind (Director of our Wind Business Unit).
