GDES collaborates with ITER, one more year, in its big Safety Day
For the fourth consecutive year, GDES REVANTI reinforces its commitment to safety by participating in the ‘Safety day’ at ITER.
ITER, the largest nuclear fusion project in the world, celebrated this day on 14th September as part of an action for the active commitment of all workers and collaborators of its facilities. Safety is a priority at ITER, which organised a full programme of interactive workshops, simulators, discussions and demonstrations, with the active participation of a delegation from GDES Revanti, our specialised surface treatment and special coatings unit, led by its director in France, Patrice Guerra.
The stand, which dealt with the subject of noise on construction sites, its risks and consequences, was very well received by all the attendees and was specifically designed by colleagues from our QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) area.
