Outre la maximisation de la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable, il est essentiel de garantir la conservation de la toiture et de pr\u00e9server ses conditions d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi, GDES Efficiency a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solution photovolta\u00efque d\u2019autoconsommation de grande capacit\u00e9 pour une plateforme logistique situ\u00e9e dans un emplacement strat\u00e9gique du Port de Valence.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Solution mise en \u0153uvre<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le projet pr\u00e9voit une installation photovolta\u00efque de 3\u202f444,42 kWp de puissance install\u00e9e, con\u00e7ue pour maximiser la production \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et s\u2019adapter aux besoins op\u00e9rationnels de l\u2019installation.<\/p>\n<p>La solution int\u00e8gre 5\u202f838 modules monocristallins de technologie N\u2011type, r\u00e9partis sur une surface de toiture d\u2019environ 21\u202f987 m\u00b2, selon une configuration Est\u2011Ouest optimisant l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019espace disponible.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un des aspects diff\u00e9renciants du projet est le syst\u00e8me de fixation choisi, bas\u00e9 sur une structure en aluminium anodis\u00e9 avec plots m\u00e9caniques sur une toiture en TPO.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Principales actions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Conception et installation d\u2019une centrale photovolta\u00efque en autoconsommation sans injection d\u2019exc\u00e9dents.<\/li>\n<li>Int\u00e9gration de 5\u202f838 modules monocristallins N\u2011type.<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place d\u2019une structure de support adapt\u00e9e aux caract\u00e9ristiques de la toiture.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de fixation con\u00e7u pour minimiser les contraintes m\u00e9caniques et absorber les dilatations thermiques.<\/li>\n<li>Ex\u00e9cution selon des standards stricts de qualit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Approche et ex\u00e9cution<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La complexit\u00e9 technique d\u2019une installation de cette envergure n\u00e9cessite une planification d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et un contr\u00f4le rigoureux \u00e0 toutes les phases du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, GDES Efficiency applique des proc\u00e9dures sp\u00e9cifiques de montage, de supervision et de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9, en s\u2019appuyant sur des \u00e9quipes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans les travaux en hauteur et les risques \u00e9lectriques.
