It is now adopting a range of strategies for global growth and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that will allow it not only to continue to grow and innovate, thereby creating employment, but also to increase its ethical, social and environmental commitments.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The company had already set up initiatives such as the Ideas and Suggestions programme for employees; a partnership with the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia (UPV) to provide postgraduate training programmes; and R+D projects in clean energy and the environment.
