This new unit will be capable of autonomous movement and improve the efficiency and optimise the process of measurement and characterisation of radioactive waste destined to of performing measurements on materials, walls and floors, accurately classifying radiation areas and determining the level of contamination.<\/p>\n<p><em>Autonomous technology for safe, efficient and accurate characterisation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-283820 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/corporate\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Robot_Spot_Fondo-Negro-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/corporate\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Robot_Spot_Fondo-Negro-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/gdes.com\/corporate\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Robot_Spot_Fondo-Negro-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/gdes.com\/corporate\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Robot_Spot_Fondo-Negro-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/gdes.com\/corporate\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Robot_Spot_Fondo-Negro.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/>The robot will be developed and launched through a <strong>temporary joint venture (UTE)<\/strong> between <a href=\"http:\/\/alisys.net\"><strong>Alisys<\/strong><\/a> and <strong>GDES<\/strong>, within the framework of an ambitious technological project. Based on Boston Dynamics technology, a bespoke system will be developed using the Spot Enterprise quadruped robot, featuring a <strong>high-precision robotic arm<\/strong> with the capacity to incorporate different measuring instruments and advanced spectrometric analysis software, which will allow for real-time interpretation of the data obtained.<\/p>\n<p>This technology will offer a comprehensive and autonomous solution, capable of operating in complex environments.
